Frank Lane, Director Research & Development/Quality Control, Manchester Tank & Equipment
Frank Lane is no stranger to the propane industry, having spent over 20 years as a service technician, delivery driver, delivery and service manager, district manager, and national sales representative, which taught him the importance of offering society a safe, reliable and quality product that will improve and enrich individual and corporate life-styles.
Frank is the Director of Research & Development/Quality Control with Manchester Tank & Equipment. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of research, development and quality control, including new product development, product safety, vendor approvals and trouble-shooting.
Frank’s pursuit of innovative products and processes, adherence to safety and environmental regulations and supporting the industries in which Manchester Tank serves, keeps him active in related associations. He is a member of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) and has been an active member of the Alabama Propane Gas Association where he was involved in many different capacities, including President for 2000-2001.
